Kent Almond/ Kent Cobnut Dark Chocolate Truffles
Quick and easy to make. Made with The Kent Dark Chocolate Company’s chocolate spread and The Kent Dark Chocolate Company’s dark chocolate flakes.
10 servings – Prep time 10 minutes – Cooling time 30 minutes

Ingredients
100gs / 2 heaped tablespoons The Kent Dark Chocolate Company’s dark chocolate spread with zest of 1 orange
30g / 3 heaped tablespoons instant porridge
20g / 1 heaped tablespoon ground Kent almonds or Kent cobnuts
15g / 1 heaped tablespoon of The Kent Dark Chocolate Company’s dark chocolate flakes
Extra Kent Dark Chocolate Company’s dark chocolate flakes for rolling (15-20g)
Optional – Mini truffle cases
Method
In a ceramic / glass bowl mix The Kent Dark Chocolate Company’s dark chocolate spread with the almonds or cobnuts and instant porridge oats
Add 15 g of dark chocolate flakes
Roll into 10 small balls or 6 bigger ones. If there’s 4 in your family perhaps roll into 8 so there are no arguments over odd numbered spare ones.
Roll in chocolate flakes and place in fridge to chill for 30 minutes
Roll again in chocolate flakes when chilled
To serve
Roll in more chocolate flakes and place in mini sweet cases
Or serve with ice cream
